First: Pistachio-crusted goat cheese balls with mint, honey & Honeycrisp apple

Starter: Pan-seared polenta rounds with whipped rosemary ricotta, black pepper, half-dried tomatoes, microgreens & basil

Primi: Paccheri with a brown butter garlic & sage cream sauce, broccolini & walnut

Secondi: Red-wine braised short rib with creamy polenta & heirloom roasted carrots

Dessert: Leona’s premium ice cream
